Seriously, what good is it doing anyone to make us continue to wait?!? This girl has lived in an orphanage for 10 1/2 years!!! And she continues to wait simply because of beaurocratic red tape?!? For whom, exactly, was this process set up? The children? The waiting families? Honestly!!!
